Counselling is an opportunity to talk it through with someone trained to listen. We pick up labels and diagnosis through life; anxiety, depression, OCD, Autism. These are all shades of human and your individual humanity. We can work together to address your worries, stress and difficulties within this world.
In a busy life it can be hard to stop and reflect on what we really think. It’s usually the symptoms we notice; sleepless nights, worry, low mood, anger, depression and anxiety. Sometimes repetitive behaviours or unhelpful coping strategies can creep in. It is when we ignore these messages and ‘just get on with it’ that we can find it hard to bounce back. In counselling you can take regular time to explore your thoughts in a private, undisrupted space. I can help.
